Capital Structure of Sumida Group

Under the pure holding company, SUMIDA CORPORATION, Sumida Group has established two mid-holding companies, Sumida Electronic Components Co., Ltd. and SUMIDA Vogt GmbH.
Sumida Electronic Components Co., Ltd. supervises subsidiary companies of SUMIDA CORPORATION which take charge in R&D, manufacture and sales of existing business of Sumida Group.
SUMIDA Vogt GmbH supervises group companies of VOGT electronic AG, STELCO GmbH and PANTA GmbH existing in Europe and take charge in new business.
