1. Notice of 1st Quarter Dividend for fiscal year 2008
SUMIDA CORPORATION hereby give notice regarding the payment of dividend out of retained earnings (1st Quarter dividend for fiscal year 2008 ending 31 December) for which the record date was set to be 31st March, 2008 be approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 28th April, 2008. Details of the dividend are provided as follows:
