The company was founded in December 1999 and manufactures a wide range of passive ceramic-based and piezo electronic components for partners in the telecommunications and automotive sectors as well as other important manufacturers of modern electronic equipment worldwide.
Sumida acquired the company in December 2004 and took full control.
It enables the group to establish a higher presence in Europe and is also the first important milestone to penetrate the European automotive market.
