Logistics Supervisor

- Reporting to the General Manager- Supply Chain Management Asia, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a manufacturing focused Supply Chain team in Regional Hubs and overseeing the daily operation, budgeting and internal and external customer services relation management, etc.
- 応募資格
- Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Operation Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain and warehouse management; preferably gained in electronic manufacturing industry;
- At least 2 years of solid experience in supervisory level (i.e. leading the mid-to-large team) is a MUST;
- Proven record in warehouse management with suppliers/vendors, forwarders and carriers, transportation / logistics management;
- Exposure in China logistics with customer services within Asia Supply Chain is a plus;
- Possess continuous improvement mind-set in coaching and mentoring the whole customer focused supply chain team & contractors and can head for process re-engineering project as required;
- Excellent multilateral negotiation skill, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with people from different levels;
- Strong sense of responsibility, desiring to learn and willing to take up diversified responsibilities; self initiative, work independent, self motivated and a good team player;
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP is a plus; excellent command of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking;
- Travel will be required mainly to China

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Station in Panyu of PRC)

- Assist Head of MQA to coordinate all manufacturing QA team in our factory;
- Monitor the manufacturing quality target (customer complaint, in-factory process problem, failure and loss cost);
- Maintain the high quality standard especially for Automotive standard and to evaluate all necessary automotive required reports;
- Audit and patrol the process for quality improvement;
- Support for analysis the root causes of problems and customer complaint for 8D CAR report in International Magnetic QA;
- Optimize and maintain Quality Standards and align quality resources especially during project transfer among factories;
- Frequently communicate and work with European quality team;
- Follow the new product qualification and evaluation of our magnetic products;
- Handle overseas customer complaints and travel to solve quality issues if need.
- 応募資格
- Higher Diploma or degree in Electronics/Quality Engineering related disciplines;
- With 5 years or above in electronics manufacturing related industry;
- Knowledge in ISO 9001/TS 16949 is a must and Six Sigma is preferable;
- High-speed and very demanding of response to handle of customer complaints and failure analysis;
- Good command of both written and Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin;
- Willing to stay in PRC (Panyu city) and travel to Overseas is on need basis.
