This Privacy Policy explains how the group companies established in non-EEA and the Netherlands (“we”), as the data controller, obtain and process the personal data of customers, suppliers, contractors, etc. (“Business Partners”), individuals who apply or applied for Sumida Group to become officers or employees of Sumida Group (hereinafter “Employment/Director Candidates, etc.”), and users of this website (hereinafter “Users”).

We share your personal data with and/or disclose your personal data to the following third parties in accordance with the GDPR for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

If certain conditions are satisfied, you will have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces any legal or similar material effect on you (Article 22 of the GDPR).
